In the Bull Zord episode we keep hearing Cody talk without moving his lips. I guess he is thinking. It just seemed wierd.

In some scenes he did talk by moving his mouth but it seemed like a lot of his scenes it was him trying to communicate with the Bullzord through a form of telepathy.

According to Ranger Wikia ,the actor couldn't speak english so they had to dub all his lines in.

that wouldn't make a lot of sense though. I mean it's normal for young kids to be dubbed but he couldn't speak English?

Yeah kind of odd. Maybe he couldn't hide his accent.

yea that would make more sense since he looks like he was either a native or was from Australia.

Remember the kid from DT that got that wierd dub voice. Now that one was wierd. At least Cody' s voice was believable.

that instance with the Dino Thunder kid was even weirder since one second he has a normal voice and the next second he has an annoying voice.

Why do they bother using these kids if they can't talk properly?

because you still need to have kids to at least try and have it be a semi-realistic world... and even if they can talk properly they will still be dubbing them over. They even did it back during the MMPR days.
