Are Lightspeed Rescue, SPD, and Time Force the same agency?

Are Lightspeed Rescue, SPD, and Time Force the same agency? Lightspeed Rescue takes place in the present in the time line. However, SPD and Time Force rangers are from the future. All 3 of these ranger teams are police agencies.

Do you think the 3 are actually the same agency?

It's a good question and a good theory but I don't think they're the same agencies.

SPD starts in 2025 right? Time Force is 3000, so maybe TF is a branch off of SPD, or it evolved into a different type of police force.

I think Bio Labs became part of early SPD. Time Force is so far in the future, it's hard to say if they have anything to do with Lightspeed or SPD.

They could be the same especially with Time Force and SPD. Sky's Dad seemed to have powers based off of Time Force and SPD is not that far in the future compared to TF so it's believable Bio Labs played a big role in th creation of SPD.

But on that note wouldn't it be more likely LR was invovled? Time Force was far in the future plus we know from the toys that C-Squad had LR themed suits at least if they were made active at any point.

I was more going with the Time Force Powers angle and the team that we saw in 2001 which is the year B Squad's parents did their experiments. LR could definitely be involved. I probably didn't think about that angle enough.

I think Lightspeed and the Silver Gaurdians were forerunners of SPD and a big big part of its creation. Just too many similarities.
