Which origin do you like better. The manga one or the anime one?

I like the manga one. Sailor Cosmos is much more interesting than Galactia's star seed.

I don't really have an opinion. I only really consider the Dic dub canon.

I like the story with Chibi Chibi being the star seed who chooses Sailor Moon. Only for moon to choose to save Sailor Galaxia instead. I don't like her being Sailor Moon's future self from a dark future.
