why did they let justin stay

why did they leave justin on there instead of one of the old power rangers they should had left tommy or adam becuse justin just got there

Jason David Frank (Tommy) and Catherine Sutherland (Kat) were scheduled to leave the show mid Turbo ( Sutherland later denied being scheduled to leave , according to wikipedia). Orginally, Johnny Yong Bosch (Adam), Nakia Burrise (Tonya), and Blake Foster (Justin) were supposed to stay on. Tracy Lynn Cruz (Ashley) and Roger Velasco (Carlos) were brought in to replace Frank and Sutherland. After a production shake up plans changed and it was decided to start fresh. Bosch and Burrise were written off as well. Velasco and Cruz replaced them instead. Patricia Ja Lee (Cassie) and Selwyn Ward (TJ) were brought in to replace Sutherland and Frank. Blake Foster was not leaving the show, so he was retained. He of course left at the end of of production. He was replaced by Christopher Khaymen Lee (Andros).
