Turbo kind of contradicts itself at times with the Turbo Megazord cockpit since in the movie it's in the head, in the beginning of the season it's in Mountain Blaster and then later on in the season when Havoc's Chromites bust into the cockpit it appears to be possibly in the Red Lightning area.
