Perhaps Toei can relasee Saban Brands and deal with Toei directly. Even most American Sentai Fans want this. And those that don't will come around once they know what they are missing. Parents will like that their kids are learning about Japanese Culture.

even Toei isn't stupid enough to do that they like working with Saban and with their Power Rangers series why can't you Sentai snobs respect something that Toei is 100% okay with? They get more money from the deal.

Then Saban can find someone else to find him cheap action footage and keep producing Power Rangers. I am sure the people behind the Korean Kyoryuger Sequel would love the contract.

it wouldn't be Power Rangers unless they're using Toei's Sentai footage and that partnership will never be broken

I know, just wanted to show how out of reality Envy was acting. And why neither skde would want Sentai Adapted the way he wants.

not to mention legally Power Rangers can't exist without Sentai on top of which Toei gets a lot of money due to partnering with Saban compared to what dubbing Sentai would bring them which would basically be peanuts to them.

1. Toei sells the Sentai rights to Saban for every season Saban adapts.
2. Toei ships them whatever Sentai costumes they feel like allowing them to have and Saban has to pay for them. Some might even come with their necessary props.
3. Toei hasn't done this for Saban yet they did it for Disney but they've sent some Sentai sets over in the past and I'm sure they would require a rental fee as well
4. Episodes would be sent over for footage purposes but I don't think Toei charges anything extra for this process.
