Is RPM in continuity ?
Is Power Rangers RPM in continuity?
I think its diffinitly canon. Meaning that its an officially sanctioned material for the franchise. But Eddie and Johnathon Tellegen intended for it to be a parrellel universe. And Judd Lynn did nothing to refute that. So thats probably how things stand. |

RE: Is RPM in continuity ?
Well, if they come up with a Samurai/RPM team-up, I say that will definitely set it to being cannon.

Not in continuity right now - it contradicts SPD. I'm sure the Gokaiger adaptation will fix it though (of course, that's two years away).

RE: Is RPM in continuity ?
Its a posible future, like in x men where there are countless futures that exsist from the present. First off we know it does desend from power rangers since in the episode Ancient history they find the rremains of the Operation Overdrive helmet, so the fact is they make reference to over rangers so they have be a possible future of ranger canon, such is the same for SPD and Time force.

If they did a team up with Samurai ( which they aren't) having RPM as a parrellel world would make more sense. With the RPM Rangers coming over to the normal PRU.

Everything made or officially licensed to a third party by the people who own the show is Cannon, end of story. Unless they change their minds after the fact. Continuity is the flow of the narrative from beginning to the end of the series. MMPR the movie is cannon and has its own continuity but not in continuity with MMPR the series and it's sequels. RPM is cannon and has its own continuity but not in continuity with MMPR the series and it's sequels. Whether or not Gokaiger's translation changes that is yet to be determined. |

Canon and continuity are easily mixed up. I find myself confusing them sometimes.

Think of continuity as nothing more than to be continued. |

So Rider do you think RPM has any connection to any series besides operation overdrive.

RE: Is RPM in continuity ?
I think that like who ever was originally in charge that RPM is in its own universe, with absolutely no connection to the main PR universe.
