25. Dodgers (92-70, .568)
26. Blue Jays (93-69, .574)
27. Royals (95-67, .586)
29. Pirates (98-64, .605)
30. Cardinals (100-62, .617)

NOTE: Giants lose their 19th pick due to signing Samardzija.
DBacks lose their 13th pick due to signing Greinke.

Tigers lose their next unprotected pick (likely their 2nd round one) due to signing Jordan Zimmerman.

Cubs lose their 28th pick and their next unprotected pick (likely their 2nd round pick) as a result of signing Jason Heyward and John Lackey.

Compensatory round (this is basically the round that involves compensating teams for the ones that had offered qualify offers to their Free Agents who had declined them and had signed with another team.

31. Ian Kennedy, Padres
32. Justin Upton, Padres
33. Jeff Samardzija, White Sox (White Sox receive a pick due to Jeff signing with Giants)
35. Wei-Yin Chen, Orioles
36. Chris Davis, Orioles
37. Ian Desmond, Nationals
38. Jordan Zimmermann, Nationals (Nationals receive a pick due to Jordan signing with Detroit)
39. Yovani Gallardo, Rangers
40. Daniel Murphy, Mets
41. Zack Greinke, Dodgers (L.A. receive a pick due to Zack signing with DBacks)
42. Howie Kendrick, Dodgers
43. Alex Gordon, Royals
44. Dexter Fowler, Cubs
45. Jason Heyward, Cardinals (Cards receive a pick due to Jason signing with Cubs)
46. John Lackey, Cardinals (Cards receive a pick due to John Lackey signing with Cubs)

NOTE: I know the numbers are off but I won't fix the number until the majority of those Free Agents have signed with new teams so that I won't have to keep on fixing the numbers every single time someone among that list signs with a new team.
