I would say "Hogday Afternoon" actually has a comparable cliffhanger. But your points about "Chase" are right on.

I hated the second team until "Chase". They got better in Space though.

It definitely hurt to see the older Rangers leave. But it ended up for the best in the end.

They really should have kept the older Rangers through Space and then started Space. The new Turbos never really caught on . Even in Space they were side characters. Space was all about Andros and Astronema.

I didn't like the cast change at all. I wasn't even over the earlier cast changes when this happened. So I felt pretty bad about the whole thing.

Tommy was such a bad leader its hard to get into his teams. I welcomed the cast change. TJ was much more tolerable and closer to Jason.

I do wish they gave us a transition episode that showed the newbies first battle and reactions to being new Rangers.

I hated seeing the originals go. I liked the new cast better in Turbo than I did in Space . Turbo was actually a very fun season. I don't know why a get so much flak. I guess people remember it better now though.

I"m gonna have to disagree with that. Tommy was awesome! He was a great leader too.
