A full American Ranger Series

Something has been on my mind lately. I think they should make an all
american power rangers show not just taking from Japanese footage and
adding american actors or americanised actors. Dont get me wrong the
japan series is kewl, they have death, blood, and so on. have outfits
that japan hasnt used, zords, weapons, and so on.I know we have the
technology to do this and keep the blood and stuff in it because they
should show that the rangers can get hurt not just sparks coming out.
Make the show realistic. RPM I am going to be iffy about because of the
zords having faces. they are vehicle know if they wouldve been more
like KITT or something. If they are gonna use japanese footage for RPM
it should have been what the japanese called Maskman footage. The shows
should be more real and less cartoony.

The whole strategy of using the sentai footage is to save money on production. Doing an all American series would be far from co$t effective. No way they could have that kind of budget. Even MMPR never went 100 percent American.

Also they arent going to show blood and guts. Its not acceptable for children's programming. Don't really think PR needs that anyway. I agree overdoing exploisons isn't good.

I agree with PRangerX that Power Rangers is not going to be a gory type of show. It may show blood but not very happen since they did show it as part of the story line involving Zen-Aku back in Wild Force.

However I do agree with PRangerX that the whole point of Sentai is to produce Power Rangers on the cheap.

Additionally Power Rangers would never be Power Rangers without Toei since they are contractually obligated to use Sentai footage anyway or it can't be called Power Rangers.

Also something that I want to add to that is that I think it's a lot cooler when they have to figure out what to do with a Power Rangers season especially with Japanese footage that was already shot.

I've always enjoyed seeing Sentai villains and of course the Mecha suits in original footage.

No way! Power Rangers should be using more Sentai. Using none at all would be stupid. Power Rangers is Super Sentai.

Power Rangers shouldn't be using more Sentai it needs to film its own stuff as well otherwise it'd just be Sentai and not Power Rangers.

The logistics involving an all american PR show wouldn't work. If they could do it they would. They don't really need to. They just need to adapt the Sentai footage and try and shoot some new stuff. The best PR seasons find the right balance.

yes the whole purpose of using the Sentai footage is to produce a show as cheaply as possible.

I would like it if they did it but I doubt that they will do it since Zords are still a Japanese exclusive thing.
