For some reason I got it in my head that more than one Power Ranger group lived in Reefside. can any one confirm or deny?

No, they did not. For the record:

MMPR S1 - In Space: Angel Grove
Lost Galaxy: Terra Venture (and, thus, not on Earth at all)
Lightspeed Rescue: Mariner Bay
Time Force: Silver Hills
Wild Force: Turtle Cove
Ninja Storm: Blue Bay Harbor
Dino Thunder: Reefside
S.P.D.: Newtech City
Mystic Force: Briarwood
Operation Overdrive: San Angeles

So AG is the only city in the franchise that multiple Ranger teams lived in.

Nope they didn't.

Like jin said the Rangers MMPR-Space resided in Angel Grove except Zhane and Andros who were from KO-35 and pretty much lived in the Megaship, Galaxy resided on Terra Venture but some of them were from Angel Grove except for Maya who was from Mirinoi and Karone who was from KO-35, Lightspeed lived in Mariner Bay, Time Force lived in a Clock Tower in 2001 in Silver Hills, Wild Force's city was Turtle Cove but most of them had just resided on the Animarium, Ninja Storm's city was Blue Bay Harbor, Dino Thunder's city was Reefside, S.P.D's city was Newtech City and it took place in 2025, Mystic Force's location was Briarwood and Overdrive's city was San Angeles.

On top of which Jungle Fury's location (well the location of the Jungle Karma Pizza in any case and therefore a lot of the attacks) was I believe Ocean Bluff, RPM's location was the domed city of Corinth, Samurai's location was Panarama (unsure of spelling) City and Megaforce's location was Harwood... so only the Dino Thunder team had resided in Reefside.
