Who is the scariest villain Beryl or Rita?

Beryl for sure. She destoryed the Silver Mellenium and planned to it again with Earth. BERYL was clearly not someone you wanted to mess with. She frooze Jedite forever, juat because he failed her. Zoycite got killed for questioning her orders. Contrast this with Rita. When her minions failed they were juat hit in the head a few times.
