That would depend on which Kat you mean.
Kat Hillard is definitely strong but so is Dr. Kat Manx. Kat Hillard was shown to have a lot of confidence especially in risking herself by going with Tommy to the Moon Palace so she could use herself as a diversion while he went after the Zeo Crystal. Dr. Manx is certainily strong because she was able to fight off an attack without any Ranger powers yet she couldn't fight it off for long. |
