Iron Face Zhang Liao would also be a good possibility however he didn't have a full helmet. Silent Knight would also be a good option but I don't believe he had a full helmet either. But we don't know if they even had the Silent Knight suit or not.
Kakuranger's Shirouneri also kind of looks... well kind of robotish.
Nopperabou would also be a good option.
Yukionna doesn't look too bad. She could pass as a robot.
