Yes and no Tommy claimed the WHITE Ranger powers were destroyed he never said anything about the fates of the other powers and there are numerous explanations as to how he got his powers back.

- Rita gave his Coin energy
- Ninjor made him a new coin or infused his old one with energy
- Sentinel Knight infused his old Coin with energy
