yes but it doesn't mean anything will happen it just means Hasbro has that option of offering a deal to buy the franchise they don't have to and even if they do Saban Capital Group is under no obligation to accept it

even with those other brands it still wouldn't be enough to be worth it for Disney to even think for a second about buying Hasbro. They don't have any TV networks the way Fox Family Worldwide did and the way 20th Century Fox currently has.
