I was surfing through yahoo japan, or hlj or japan-toys recently and I saw what I thought was a kamen rider figure who had an outfit remarkably similar to this batman toy::

I didn't think anything of it at the time, but since then it has come up in a discussion and I can't find the character anywhere to prove my claim. Any ideas who I might be talking about??
