Ninjor's "Dudley Do Right" voice wasn't that bad. Kurt Strauss provided the voice and he did a nice job with him. I believe he was also credited as Kim Strauss in some episodes as well.
Nothing can beat the kid's voice in "Dino Thunder" that tricked Cassidy into believing that he had taped footage of the Rangers' identities. That was definitely the worst one ever.
