Also making a show a part of the union would mean they would be forced to play by the SAG rules which would include SAG rates, benefits for all merchandise stuff that features the actors' likeness and of course filming would take longer because union actors are forced to be given more breaks. Since the show is non-union, Saban Brands can pretty much go at whatever production speed they feel like.
