Is Power Rangers RPM in continuity?

I think its diffinitly canon. Meaning that its an officially sanctioned material for the franchise. But Eddie and Johnathon Tellegen intended for it to be a parrellel universe. And Judd Lynn did nothing to refute that. So thats probably how things stand.
