Mack Robot plot?
 

What did you think of the Mack robot plot in OO?

The only redeeming part of the season. But they ruined it by making Mack a "real boy". Also Hartford never owned up to being a dick and playing God.

It was pretty iresponsible for Hartford to just create a life with no regard for the ethics. Not to mention give him fake memories and lie to him.

Hartford loved Mack and would have done anything for him. Sure he should have been honest but I think Andrew learned his lesson. He didn't just try and replace Mack when it looked like his son was lost. Since he new he couldn't just recreate him.

It really added a lot of drama and hard hitting emotion to Overdrive. Something it really needed. Besides Tyzonne's angst had already been addressed.

Thats another story point they ruined. Valla should have stayed dead. It was a cop out to have her be with the female Fearcat the whole time. Only to wind up with Moltar for no reason .

I just didn't like how Norg just appeared with her at the end. It was way too easy. Tyzonne didn't even have to rescue her.

OO was such a messed up season. Its finalie was way rushed. The robot plot went on too long. Mack becoming human ruined any of its positives.

The robot plot saved OO. Until than it had been pretty boring. But the plot made things interesting and brought out the characters emotions. Mack really grew here as a character.

Boy was it freaky when Mack woke up with his head unattached to his body. I bet he never expected that.
