Ever notice Billy always seemed to get the girls? Especially in season 2.

He really came into his own confidence wise by season 2, so its no surprise. A nice guy with Billy's intelligence would get the ladies' attention pretty easily.

Billy was a very likeable guy. He just didn't have enough confidence in himself in season 1.
