The S ending was cheesy...
 

Having just looked back on the final episodes of S, the last one where Rini was returning to her time went a bit unexplained. How is it that they could destroy the entire Mugen School in the fight against Pharaoh 90, yet one evil seed AND the machine stay in tact to give birth to one final monster? The plugs were even still attached. Did they really have to fight a monster in that episode? It was a very small part of the plot anyway.

I noticed that.. I never liked that episode, I usually don't pay attention to it on the DVD.(I have the Heart collection VOL 5)

The ending was unique because the storyline was climaxed two episodes before. With the previous episode tieing up the loose ends. So the final episode was essentially a filler.
