What happened to Zhane after Space?
 

He wasn't in the LG team up. Why didn't he join the Galaxy Rangers during the team up?

He was on a deep space mission and couldn't join the Rangers. Zhane did like to go off on his own a lot. I am sure he continued to do so even after the war.

you wouldn't think he would considering he had feelings for Karone.

I think he stayed behind to defend the Earth. The Space Rangers wanted to make sure someone was there to protect it. Especially with Andros gone.

He probably went back to KO35 after awhile. They would have needed help to rebuild and protection.

I think Zhane got hurt again and had to go back into Cryo. This caused Andros to go out alone after the Physco Cards. It also motivated Karone to leave Earth and find herself. The other Space Rangers were probably looking for Andros and the Megaship when they got Alpha's distress call. For what ever reason why they were needed on Earth.
