Should the american Kamen rider have original music or should they translate some of the tracks of the japanese kamen rider.

Most of the music wouldn't work translated. It would be kinda cool if they used the instrumentals and make English songs using those.

Nah. One of the things we still do well for children's television is compose great music. Aside from the theme song, Mystic Force has quite a fitting score.
