Well, Kamen Rider adaptaions seems as though they'll never make it. If i was Toei, I would focus on releasing Kamen Rider Direct Dubbs to the US instead. Unlike Super Sentai, when Bioman was dubbed it hardy made it but Power Rangers did make it as an adaptaion.

Now did Tsukasa Kadoya henshin or not? If not then Decade didn't show up, just Tsukasa Kadoya.

I do believe they (Saban Brands) have the rights to Kamen Rider, the only question is how much of the rights and if they'll ever do anything with them?

I do believe regardless of whether it's the internet or TV that Saban would still need the rights in order to broadcast any Kamen Rider footage from "A Friend In Need" since it's still broadcasting the episodes, it's just broadcasting them in a different format and without as many advertisers if any at all.

He must have, Other wise they wouldn't show saban's masked rider.
