They want to escape the awful netherworld and conquer the bueatiful Earth. Only to conquer it and make it just as bad as the place they are trying to escape.

I wonder how many of them were former humans like Dayu and Deker. Deker told the Samurais they could go to the underworld they agreed to become Nighloks.

Evil just wants to consume everything. The reason why the netherworld is so bad is because the nighloks made it that way. And they would do the same to the PRU. All they do is.consume things. They can't build.anything long lasting. Thats why they always fall to the Samurai's in the end..

The Nighloks don't know any better. Its in their nature. They are made from evil and don't have good in them. Converted Nighloks have a hard time remembering their humanity and if they do are often tormented by what they have become.
