All Power Rangers in the same universe?
 

Something I've been wondering since I've gotten back into PR - are all of the seasons of Power Rangers in the same universe?

I know for the longest time, each season worked upon and linked to the previous season. I'm not that well versed (yet) with all the seasons so I'm not sure when that stopped.

So are we led to believe that all of these Rangers exist in the single Power Rangers world? And if not, which ones aren't?

And just for the hell of it, if anyone knows about this in the Sentai universe, feel free to share.

Yes I do believe all of them are in the same universe except for in some cases.

MMPR-Wild Force are all in the same universe.
Ninja Storm wasn't stated right away but Dino Thunder confirmed it being the same universe.
Despite S.P.D. being set in the future it was also confirmed to be set in the same universe because they mentioned what eventually become of Kira, Conner and Ethan.
Mystic Force isn't as clear since the only connection is Piggy's appearance but because of that I would say that it is the same universe.
Overdrive is the same universe because it's connected to Mystic Force due to the Defender Vest.
Jungle Fury wasn't clear at all besides RJ mentioning he knew someone that could tap into the Morphin' Grid.
RPM wasn't in the same universe since it was in an alternate dimension.
Samurai and Megaforce are in the same universe because of the Legendary Battle.

RPM is the only series to be set in an alternate universe thus far. We have no reason to believe that the other seasons arent part of the main pru. Tori refering to Power Rangers as urban legends when NS permiered made people fear it was a new canln, but Doug and Ann went out of their way to tell us this wasnt true in DinoThunder.

exactly people took Tori's comments too seriously when what she said was nothing more than her giving crap to Dustin basically it's like when a kid believes in stuff like the Boogeyman and adults are like "seriously are you kidding me? There's no such thing."

I wonder if there were other Rangers teams predating RPM in their universe?

I doubt it. Doctor K's team was the first team to discover the Morphing Grid in the RPM Universe.

I forgot about something here but Mystic Force is indeed in the same universe not just because of Piggy (a connection to S.P.D.) but also because of Rita Repulsa being their Mystic Mother.

Its a shame RPM couldn't be in the same universe. Maybe where the world wasn't destroyed.

I would think that Power Rangers Megaforce made it pretty clear everything but RPM was in the same universe.

exactly I mean here's what we know so far.

MMPR-Space - all had Zordon in it.
Galaxy = Bulk, Professor, Astro Megaship and DECA which were all in Space.
Lightspeed = no connection to the past except for its teamup but Galaxy travels from Mirinoi to Mariner Bay so this is in the same universe.
Time Force = Lightspeed travels to Silver Hills by transportation so same universe.
Wild Force = Turtle Cove is far away from NASADA but still close enough to get to by car so same universe.
Ninja Storm = only Triforia (Trey's home planet) was mentioned during the season BUT only its teamup with Dino Thunder it's confirmed they're nearby one another in the same universe.
Dino Thunder = confirmed to be in the same universe as Ninja Storm due to their teamup.
S.P.D = same universe since they have records of the Dino Thunder Rangers and they use some old hardware that Ethan had developed.
Mystic Force = Rita Repulsa and Piggy so same universe.
Overdrive = Fire Heart and the Retro Rangers so same universe.
Jungle Fury = no clear evidence right away until Megaforce but same universe.
RPM = there was no clear evidence until its teamup with Samurai in which it was revealed that it was in another dimension.
Samurai = same universe because of Bulk and Skull.
Megaforce = same universe because of Zordon being Gosei's Mentor.
Dino Charge = not the same universe because dinosaurs didn't become extinct
Ninja Steel = no clear evidence at this point in time.

Its pretty clear MMPR-JF are the same universe.

Seems like Dino Charge is the only one questionable due to Dinosaurs not becoming extinct. Although while I haven't watched it, that would seem like more evidence of a continuity error.

As for everything else, The Legendary battle makes it clear all past seasons at least up to Megaforce are clearly in the same universe save RPM. But I think they all are supposed to be, the Dinosaur thing I think is more of a continuity error than any evidence it is set in another universe.

And Ninja Steele apparently has past Rangers appearing according to rumors, so if that is true then betting it will be the same universe.

I would say RPM and Dino Charge are the only seasons in their own universes.
