I think RPM was allowed to get away with a lot more things than DinoThunder. So the episode would have happened close to Eddie's vision.

This would have made a lot of sense actually. I always though RPM's finale needed more of a kick in the end. This would have done just that.

Ive been thinking about this. It seems to dark but I really need to see it. Plus part of me would like a dark ending like that.

Dark endings just doesn't jive with Disney's vision nor Power Rangers'

I'm so glad this episode never got made. It would have been way too dark for Powers Rangers.
