Well that makes sense since Wes wasn’t from the future and if he remained in the past then the future would cease to exist
Yes they could make some changes to the timeline but if it was too drastic then it would cause them to possibly disappear

No that’s just a popular fan theory that has no basis.
The simple reason is that the timeline would’ve told Time Force that Wes and Eric had to keep their Morphers because of future threats such as the Mut-Orgs, Armada and Drayvon

That makes a lot of sense. We have to remember the timeline changed a few times that season. So the new timeline probably had Wes and Eric keeping their powers.

Time Force didn't care about altering the past if it benefited them. They could communicate with Wes and Eric to manipulate the past. They had to agents in the past that could help them to create the perfect future. Time Force always wanted Ransik and the Rangers to escape to the past. Alex set the whole thing up and was only pretending to be Logan 's jr officer. Logan wasn't in on the plan until Alex revealed himself as Time Force's true commander. Originally Alex was going to keep the team in the past to achieve his goals once Ransik was captured. But once he realized Wes and Eric could be used, plans changed.

This made no sense to me. I liked Time Force but I was a little disappointed by the finale. It felt too rushed and had potholes like this.

Time Force has its origins with Hexagon. Wes and Eric ended up being important members.

Alex wouldn't have let them keep the morphers if they didn't have a good reason.

Because everyone makes their own destiny and the future is not set. Wes couldn't leave since it wouldn't be fair to his dad. Plus Eric needed his help to protect Silver Hills.

That was odd. If they were going to allow history to change that much, Wes should have had the choice of joining Time Force in the future.

They shouldn't have been able too. Its not like the Time Force Rangers couldn't give them their morphers back in the team up. It was a mistake to not show they gave up their powers.
