The Phantom Ranger was secretly Billy. The Aquitarian Water restored him to his rightful age but changed him into an Aquatarian. The Phantom Suit protected him from becoming dyhydrated off world. This was powered by the Ruby.

That Ninjor,Sentinel Knight,and The Keeper (along with a group of others)were ancestors to the Morphing Masters,who seeded humanoid life throughout the universe long ago.

My head canon would include as follows:
Zordon losing the Green Coin to Rita as part of a truce but she double crosses him, takes the coin for herself and she traps him inside a time warp but as he's going into the time warp he uses his energy to trap Rita and her minions inside a dumpster and because of the mixing of magic he loses his body and Scorpina is transformed into a boulder instead of being trapped inside the dumpster with Rita.

King Aradon (Princess Archerina's Dad) would have the head, shoulders and torso of Bara Brain but the blue head piece of Buldont Jr. would be added to the top of Gasket's head, he would have Tamer Keris' hands and whip and the rest of him would come from Bara Nightmare.

Despite us seeing villains such as Elgar and Ecliptor being destroyed along with Havoc my head canon is that they were initially turned to dust before they were reborn into human forms unlike with Rita, Zedd, Divatox and Astronema who were purified instantly (well there was a delay with Astronema.)

Time Force did not make their own destiny and some things still followed as destiny had wanted things to such as the Silver Guardians eventually becoming what is known as the Time Force Police in the future and the people in Time Force that were responsible for creating all of the Ranger technology was Trip and Captain Logan and to a lesser but secretive extent; Alex himself.

Tommy and Kat eventually will marry and have a kid so that "A Season To Remember" will still happen.

Tanya and Adam eventually date and marry.
Andros and Ashley date.
Zhane and Karone date.
Kendrix and Leo date and eventually marry.
Tori and Blake get together years after graduating from the Wind Ninja Academy.

Commander Cruger has still kept his Patrol Morpher in case he needs to go into battle and he has given a newly-built Kat Morpher to Kat Manx since the Earth Commander is no longer allowed or permitted to go into battle and because of which he ordered recruitments and promotions which means Bridge as we know is S.P.D. Red, Z was promoted to S.P.D. Blue and Syd was offered the position of S.P.D. Green but she preferred to just keep the position of S.P.D. Pink due to it being her favorite color, the younger Sam was given the position of S.P.D. Green and Sophie was given the position of S.P.D. Yellow.

Nick eventually returns to Briarwood to see Maddie and they eventually start to see one another.

Lily and Theo along with Fran and Dominic are both going steady.
Summer and Dillon are taking things slow so they're not really going out yet.
Emily and Mike are not going out yet either even though they are incredibly buddy buddy.

The Lightspeed Powers were based off of reversed engineered Space Ranger powers. Orginally the Space Rangers were going to become the Lightspeed Rangers. But they had a new mission that forced Mitchell to recruit newbies.

The Phantom Ranger was Zordon's body but with a new life force. Zordon didn't reclaim thr body for ethical reasons.

Lokar was one of Zedd's generals that was over Rita. He just lost his main form. And was presumable destoryed by Master Vile. The Rangers defeating him weakened him enough to allow Vile to invade the Dark Galaxy. Which was the last straw for Zedd in regards to Rita. Since her failures to stop the Power Rangers led to the fall of his personal empire.

Summer's parents donated a lot of money for the construction of Corinth. Which is why they were allowed to stay even though they never worked.

Dillion and Teyana aren't really siblings. There memories are fake memories implanted by Venjix as part of some failed experiment that went no where. And backfired since it made them closer together.

Tommy recruited Cam to work for Hexagon. Which helped him to develop the Wind Ninja Powers. As well as the Samurai Morpher for ifthey could ever find the green amulet. Tommy helped the Thunder Acadamy separately with their own Rangers program. With the intention of making the two rival acadamies allies at some point down the line.

Jason and Tommy had a falling out over the direction of Hexagon. They put their differences aside and become friends again in FR.

Lightspeed Rescue was not reversed engineered as a result of previous Ranger powers since Captain Mitchell was already in the process of training Dana to become the Pink Ranger for 18 years prior to the start of the season however I do believe the Rangers did assist Ms. Fairweather with teaching her zord technology.
Zordon and Lokar were distant relatives and Lokar himself originally had a full physical form like Zordon did but his body was destroyed in battle.
Taylor as we know was the first Wild Force Ranger and Alyssa was recruited second and Max was recruited third which means Danny was recruited fourth.
Shane eventually becomes the new Sensei of the Wind Ninja Academy. Tori becomes Cam's technical assistant so that he can teach her about Ranger and zord technology in case something ever happens in, near or around Blue Bay Harbor that should need it.
Mystic Mother eventually dies of old age and Udonna is promoted to to her position which means Clare becomes the new White Sorceress and a new White Ranger power is created since Udonna still keeps her original White Ranger powers.
Rita and Zedd (in their purified state) are still married and are growing a family together but their kids are turning out weird since some are humans and some are becoming monstrous beings like Thrax was.
Goldar and Scorpina are going out and they have a kid however unlike with Rita and Zedd, Goldar and Scorpina themselves were only purified but they were not turned into human beings.
Alex intentionally helped Ransik with his plan to escape once he was captured by the Time Force Police since he wanted to die in order to be born as the new Captain of Time Force and therefore he would have been able to use his new zord creation in a legit and real test rather than a simulation test.

The Psycho Rangers were once good Power Rangers that were tricked into taking the Psycho Powers since they were more powerful. But it currupted them.

I think Mitchell meant Dana was trained to be a Lightspeed Rescue Special Taskforce member. Before he had any hope of access to Ranger tech. After Space or Galaxy this changed. And the Lightspeed Task Force became a Ranger team.

Speaking of Lightspeed...The Space Rangers had to return to Earth so Lightspeed Rescue could reverse engineer their powers for their own team to use. Since Mitchell had intel that the demons were predicted to rise soon.

Lightspeed was one of Zordon's side projects, long before Space. Mitchell was recruited by Zordon after he lost Ryan. But Mitchell did know the villains were coming soon , since Diabolico told him he would see Ryan again when the boy turned 21.
