Tony Oliver revealed at a convention that Disney was thinking about airing MMPR Season 1-3 once again. Tyler Waldman revealed this when he covered the convention MR-Aftershock has also heard something similar.

This shouldn't be taking as something diffinite. But it is interesting. Some speculation has been that some of the footage could be remastered. But that seems far fetched. Just having the episodes on tv again would be a major deal.

Power Rangers reruns haven't aired on TV for quite a while now. Since Disney has to pay music royalties to Saban Entertianment and SAG royalities to the actors from MMPR-WF. NS -RPM doesn't have these issues. So it will be interesting to see how they get around the royalty issue, if this happens.

It would be a lot of fun to see the MMPR episodes back ont he air again. Especially with RPM being the last season. MMPR would certianly give the fandom something to be interested in. Plus it only fuels MMPR nostalgia. So this is a good story to watch.

I thought the actors form MMPR were non-unionised, thus their low pay and the walkout of three actors.

Thats correct. But when PR did go union, Saban Entertianment made a deal that that all the actors from earlier seasons would get the royalties too. This also included all their other non union live action shows. Disney is stuck with this deal. NS-RPM is non union and isn't effected by that deal.
