Kamen Rider Den'Ou Pre-Discussion thread

Might as well have a pre-discussion thread now that we now more stuff about the series so we can get the rumors out.

Kamen Rider Den'Ou (Electro-King) is going to be the 17th Kamen Rider show. Once again, the main hero will have multiple forms. He uses cards called Passes to "Pass To" a new form. His basic form is the red Sword Form, he will also have a blue Rod Form, Yellow Axe Form and Purple Gun Form. His sword can be connected to the belt and is modeled after a Bullet Trian. Along with a motorcycle, this rider will have his own Bullet Train that allows him to go to different dimensions. The show will premiere January 28th, 2007. The second form of Den'Ou will appear in episode 4. The second Kamen Rider of the series will appear in May, around episode 18.

Sword Form
Kamen Rider Den'Ou's basic form is the red form known as Sword Form. In this form, he commands the sword weapon modeled after a Bullet Train known as the "Connector". Of all his forms, this is Den'Ou's most balanced.

Rod Form
Rod Form is the second form of Kamen Rider Den'Ou. Its main weapon is a long rod that is uses for fighting. Den'Ou gains extra protection and strength in this form at the cost of speed.

Axe Form
Axe Form is the third form of Kamen Rider Den'Ou. It uses a powerful axe for short range attacks. At the cost of power and protection, Den'Ou gains advanced speed in this form.

Gun Form
Gun Form is Kamen Rider Den'Ou's fourth and final basic form. Using a powerful gun, this form allows for both short range and long range attacks. In this form, both Den'Ou's speed and power are advanced, making it the strongest of his basic forms.

Axe Form is already my favorite. The suit is perfect, and it's a pure bonus that it powers up speed, which is the attribute I love most. The yellow color really makes it pop without looking strange.

The title is great, saying Den'Ou is almost as fun as saying Hibiki. But we still don't know the storyline, so all the ninja school stuff could still be myth.

Boy, cards are becoming the name of the game in the Kamen Rider universe. But it certainly helps my personal campaign to get Den'Ou adapted right after Dragon Knight takes off.

Let's hope it's a TCG that actually has some life to it. I remember cracking up when the MegaMan: NT Warrior TCG was discontinued. Everyone's always trying to compete with Pokémon.

Kamen Rider TCGs usually are okay, never on the level of Pokemon or YGO, but they're fun.

Probably not, it's more than likely the typical script written for an action junkie character. Gives the audience a chance to contemplate how impulsive he'll be.
