heyy guys recently i've been watching Kamen Rider OOO lately and while watching the latest episode and what clicked in my mind was two things:
1) the reason why the kogami foundation is collecting medals and
2) who is the next rider in the OOO series
for #1 i think that the foundation is trying to make sure that the greeed do not gain power by consuming medals the other reason could be that by taking the medals for themselves they are trying to make their own rider who can take out both OOO (which is unlikely) and the greeed

his name is Shintaro Goto and he works for the kogami foundation im guessing he might be the second kamen rider reasons for this are because the only two greeed that haven't lost ( not sure about this ) their medals are mezuru and gameru so im guessing the other rider will use only these greeeds core medals
what are your thoughts on this guys give me some feedback
