One ordinary day in the city of Futo detective hidari shotaro and partner Philip are investigating a new case for a mysterious client who who only goes by the name spectrum. After looking into the case and coming up with no leads. Shotaro goes back to talk to spectrum he sees the narumi detective agency rushing in he see the dopant attacking the place he transforms into double and fights the dopant he then calls upon the extreme memory to fight the dopant he and the dopant use their final attacks causing a strange explosion after the explosion all of the Gaia memories are gone including fang and extreme as well as the accel and skull memories and the dopant is gone after the event shotaro,Philip and ryu look for shroud butbfind she has also dissapered forcing the riders to forget their rider personas 20 years pass and shotaro and Philip have sepdrated themselves from each other Philip tells shotaro that they will always be partners as he tries discover the events of what happened terui is now chief of futo pd though mysteriously dopant memories began to reapper as well as shroud and with her she brings the double memories b ut now they the memories take one user the aurora dopant has also returned now evolved is raising an army of dopants to combat the neo museum aswell as the riders all the while spectrum watches from above as his little game is about to start

Okay second times the charm so all the memories all have their own full version like heat-heat

appearance: A young man with long hair, ofen tied back, with a strand of white going over his left eye. he stands at 6ft 3in with a slim but muscular build. He normaly wears a jacket, black with a white tribal style raptor on the back, Blue jeans, and black boots.

Gadget: stag beatle (cell phone style)

Vehicle: Fang Blazer (motorcycle.) Its a white motorcycle similar to the one shotaro used by white and with blades like double in fang form.

Personality: Kio Loves to have fun and is often considered a goofball. He enjoys going around and just enjoying his day or getting others to enjoy their's, but that doesnt mean he doesn't know when to take things seriously, like in a fight. He often is seen at his faveorite ramen cart eating a bowl.

Bio: One day he was off at a temple were the marker for his grandfather's grave stood. As he prayed he heard a rustleing sound fallowed by a mechanical roar. At first he was startled but then got up the nerve to check it out. Thats when he found Fang along with a driver. He picked both up and tried on the driver. Of course he was quickly set upon a dophant who was after fang. He was knocked against a pilar from the shrine and saw a strange woman, her face hidden (shroud). She told him that in order to survive he needed to use fang. Well in a quick move to preserv his own life, Kio used fang and transformed, quickly defeating to dophant. It wasnt too long after that he got his gadget and bike, deciding to use them to make other's happy, by defeating those that would make people sad.

Gaia location: Blade gaia - a place with lots of bladed weaponry displayed from all countries and eras

Gaia powere: Fang is practicaly alive so it can assit him like his gadget and come when called.

Techniques and finishers: Taps the memorie's horn for each of his three moves while transformed. One tap - Arm fang two taps - sholder fang (a ranged weapon like a boomerang) three taps - Fang strider (memory break or final attack)

Bio:after the passing of his parents drake was sent to live in japan with his grandfather on his mothers side moving from new York city when he moved he quickly bonded with the grandfather be never knew and learned many things from him including card tricks,various card games and martai arts a few tears after living their his grandfather was diagnosed with heart cancer and died drake lived by himself running low on money he used the skills his father taught him and became a thief one day he broke into the now rebuilt narumi detective agency he was caught by shotaro but seeing much of himself on drake took him under his wing teaching him all of his detective skills and giving him his very own fedora.One snowy winter day drake was in a park at a koi pond his grandfather owned he was then attacked by a crazed ice age dopant who threw him into the pond and froze it drake thinking he was going to die until shroud and the kabuto beetle phone arrived attacking the dopant she told him that he would die unless he freed his inner heat and threw the heat memory on the frozen pond drake frozen reached for the memory touching it the ice started to boil and melt until he was free he grabbed the heat memory and in a blaze of fire the driver appeared on his waist he transformed and defeated the dopant

Bio /how you got memory: As a child Ryuga always wanted to be part of the Police when he grew up, he was a very happy child, but then at the age of ten his parents were attacked and killed in front of him by the Nightmare dopant ever since then he had become very serious, he would live on the streets here and there since he had lost his family, one day he saw a thief robbing a bank just as the thief was about to leave the place Ryuga stood in the thief's path he tried really hard to stop the thief but his efforts were hopeless, just then Superintendent Ryu Terui came and caught the theif he then took in Ryuga and raised him as own child Ryuga then became a police officer, his dream becoming true he would now use his authority to bring out justice throughout the world, then one day while on duty a dopant appeared and started attacking people Ryuga tried stopping it but it was too powerful just then Shroud came in and threw the Accel memory and AccelDriver she aid to him that if he is to defeat crime and dopants he will have to use his vengeance of his parents to awaken his powers only then can he use the Accel memory. keeping that in mind Ryuga took the memory and Driver and turned in to Kamen Rider Accel.

Bio/how you got memory: Yuuji obtained the Weather Memory when he was at his house. He heard many stories of W, as well as Accel when he was young. His father was once a client of the Narumi Detective Agency, and he tells Yuuji about them. As Yuuji was reading a book, his head started to give out searing pain, knocking him out. When he awoke, his parents weren't there, as well as every inch of their existence. He stood there, emotionless. His world was destroyed as he stood there, shedding nothing but a single tear. He noticed a small gadget on the ground, it looked like something he could press on his arm. He took it, and he placed it on his arm....

Lost was a first-class marksman and shooter, making him the second best killer in Fuuto city. Having turned his life around, he enlisted in the police and fought against several gangs within the city. One day, his team was severly injured by a dopant, and the police force enlisted him the new gun driver and the Trigger Memory, knowing him for his marksmanship, to counter the dopant. He gladly accepted with a chuckle.

Gaia Location: Shooter Gaia - the ancient history of ranged weapons from the present age and past techniques.

Gaia Power: The Trigger memory strengthens Lost's hearing and sight, giving more range for shooting, and shortens his blind spot.

Techniques and Finishers: The Gun Driver has two modes, the regular mode, and the focus mode. Focus mode allows him to fire straight, long shots, but having a lower rate of fire than regular. Finisher is a just shooting a burst of homing bullets.

reaper ragnarok- scythe will be covered in blue and red flames will stab the bottom of the staff into the ground and a large geyser of red and blue flames and then covered in a aura that forms a image of a reaper slash the geyser and everything caught in it

well alright. lets start off with the new memory wich attatches to the driver in front of the fang memory.

Form name: Heaven Fang

Memory name: Tengu - A bird like gaia memory wich flies about. It attatches itself on the driver. when attatched it looks like an open wing wich faces to Fang's left.

Powers: Fang tengu has the ability to move at increased speeds, granted not as fast as accel's trial but still fast. Also when falling from high places, the tengu memory allows for a slower decent, almost as if the user was flying but not true flight. Although the levitation helps when dodging enimy attacks adding to the hight of the jump and the distance...even jumping backwards gives the appearance of floating

Attacks: to utilize the user taps the tengu memory either one, two, or three times just like with the original times needed for attacks.

one tap heaven katana - A golden katana appears to be used as a weapon. This has a memory break called Halo slash, again a single tap of tengu's wing. The user creates a ring and then slices diaganly through it.

two taps Lightning fist - Moving at increadible speeds allows the user to utilize this memory break technique, the blades on one arm grow and start glowing, giving off golden bolts of electricity. upon hitting the target, a burst of energy shoots from the target in the direction the fist was going.

three taps Tengu Rising - A kick technique. Jumping in the air, all the blades on the arms and legs glow and create larger energy forms of themselves, creating the ilusion that the blades had actualy extended. The user's arms are extended outwards as if he had wings. With both feet glowing, and facing the target (picture kiva emperor form wake-up fever) the rider hits the target. Afterwards there is an explosion and the rider stands there, hand on the ground and croutching.

Memory vehicle: Stalios - A a gold and white mechanical horse (picture Wolzardo's horse). It has three modes. One is land wich moves like a normal horse. Second is water, basicaly the horse's legs fold under and the tail acts as a propellor. Final is sky were the hoovs are engulfed in gold flames allowing the horse to "run" in the air. All forms are fast, just like a normal motorcycle. Stalios can be summoned by the kabuto phone by dialing in its name and pressing call.

Gadget: Satillite Vulture - A mysterious gadget with an unknown past. Neru uses this gadget to track down Dopants nearby with his gadgets abilities to track down Gaia Memories that are around him.

Vehicle: SkullBoilder - Like W's original bike, but is all black in color, and it is armed with the Universal Launcher Guns.

Personality: Neru is silent, and tends to be shy. Though he proves to be heartless when it comes to fighting. His usual battles aggravates him to find more enemies. He won't stop until all Gaia Memories are destroyed, even the Kamen Rider's memories. Neru is friendly around those who are several years younger than him. If played with, Neru won'trestrain himself from violence. He tends to be a loner and distant when he is alone.

Bio /how you got memory: Neru was an unfortunate child, his mom threw him away after his dad died in an accident for another man. His uncle, on his father's side, takes him in and raises Neru to become a serious student. He was considered the perfect student, good grades, and good at sports. Though from all of his hard work, he got the opposite of what he wanted, people avoided him, talking behind his back. Neru endured the hardships and then broke away from humanity when he finished high school. He then devoted his life to living in solitude and refused to see anyone.

It was about a few days later when he got into the middle of a gang fight. He was almost killed, and then was knocked out. When he awoke, he was back in his room, but it was all destroyed. He then felt a stinging pain on his back, an 'S' initial was carved into his back, but it seemed to have been there for a long time. Blood was no longer dripping from it, but it seemed impossible for him to be living, he would've surely died if such a thing happened. Neru then noticed something on the ground beside him, a rectangular device and a vulture sat right beside it. Picking it up, he pressed the button, and dropped it when he heard the sound. He then shut his window and screamed for what seemed the rest of his life. Neru recovered after a few days, but was still new to the Gaia Memories. He soon learned what it was all about when he visited his Gaia location, and obtained a note that talks about his memory. Neru then decides to take off, ridding the world of these 'Gaia Memories', for they seemed like a disaster upon humanity.


Gaia location: Undead Mansion - A huge mansion that is filled with skeletons and ghosts. They are dressed up with clothing of nobility, showing all that join that they were once the best of the best. Once Neru enters, he appears with a tuxedo. The tuxedo is decorated with skull markings and the Skull Memory marking as well. He gains the fedora from his Skull Memories transformation, a black hat used in the past.

Memory Power: Skull Shadow - Shadows of skulls appear from Undead Mansion, they can only be seen on the ground. They then attack a shadow, whether it's an object or a living being's shadow, causing damage to it. A very stressful ability, Neru tends to avoid using it.

Decribing all of Neru's hardships as he plunges through and fights on. He feels different from the rest, and tries to make use of his new life to help those who are more unfortunate than his own life.

Weapon: Bayonet - a sword attached to the end of the rifle. Disposing of Skull's old weapon, Neru uses a gun that was with him when he received the bayonet. He uses it while in close combat, firing shots from it in close combat as well.

Finisher: Skull Kick - Using the the Skull Memory, Neru's finisher is like Kamen Rider Kabuto's Rider Kick. But the eletricity is black, and when he hits the opponent, an initial of the Skull Gaia Memory appears.

Hmmm...gives me a good idea of what you are going for. Along with the kuuga helm description this could be a wicked kamen rider. I personaly am working on a new pic as well...going to draw it by hand first then well...color it.
